About
Built by Best Pay.
Ninefold is a service of Best Pay LLC, a veteran-owned limited liability company in Fort Worth, Texas. Ninefold is a brand name, not a separate company.
Why it exists
Most records can be changed by whoever holds them, and the people relying on them have to take that on trust. Ninefold gives your software a way to seal a record the moment it exists, and gives you a receipt that someone else can check for themselves.
We keep it small on purpose: we only ever see a file’s seal, never the file. The signing key stays on a hardware token, off the server that takes your calls.
