One plan. Pay monthly or yearly.
Every plan gets one API key, one private ledger, and a signed Best Pay Receipt for every record. Prices are in US dollars.
Download each receipt and store it on your own device or system. Each one can be downloaded for 30 days after it’s anchored.
Best Pay keeps a copy of every receipt and you can download any of them again at no charge, for as long as Receipt Backup is on. If you turn it off, the copy is kept 30 days in case you turn it back on, then deleted.
At renewal your seal count starts over. Your ledger is kept, and earlier records are never erased.
Canceling stops the next charge. You keep sealing until the period you paid for ends, receipts you already have keep verifying, and your ledger isn’t deleted.
Questions
What counts as a seal?
One call to POST /v1/records that is accepted. Listing records, downloading receipts, checking your plan and checking receipts don’t count.
Do you ever see my files?
No. You send the SHA-256 seal of the file and a short reference. The API refuses any other field, including a document.
How soon is a receipt ready?
After the next anchor, when Best Pay signs the waiting records with its hardware key. Your records are sealed the moment you send them; the receipt comes after the anchor. We don’t promise same-day receipts.
Can I pay without a card?
Yes. We can invoice you, and you can pay the invoice in USDC. See Pay with stablecoin.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing cs@bestninefold.com.
